Job Description

The PM Assistant supports the Project Management department by assisting Project Managers, Directors of Projects, and the Head of PM in a variety of administrative tasks. This role contributes to the efficient operation of projects through document management, data tracking, planning support, and organizational coordination.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain project documentation
  • Retrieve and track data for reporting and operational needs
  • Maintain and manage the project archive
  • Prepare document drafts and finalize layouts as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and teleconferences
  • Support the overall organization of the Project Management department
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support departmental operations

Qualifications

A minimum high school diploma is required; a university degree is preferred.

0-2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or project support roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective planning and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment

Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools

Fluent in English.
