Job Description

  • Supervise, coach, and develop Client Services staff while leading hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, agency policies, and funding requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain program quality, operational effectiveness, fiscal accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns and ensure high levels of customer service, advocacy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate services with community partners and external agencies to support client needs and program outcomes.
  • Lead monitoring, audit, and compliance activities, including documentation reviews, corrective action plans, and quality assessments.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present operational, compliance, performance, and monitoring reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Support child care referral processes and ensure effective service coordination for eligible families.
  • Investigate and report suspected fraud, abuse, neglect, or misuse of funds in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records while effectively managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with staff, clients, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Related Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience 
  • Experience organizing, planning and developing program operations at a supervisory level
  • Demonstrated customer service skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal and human resource management skills
