Job Description
- Assemble informational materials or packets as requested
- Assist with generation of reports, including data gathering via the computer system, printed reports or other available information
- Responsible for processing supportive services including reviewing supportive services forms, contacting client to verify address (if needed), order items and verify receipt
- Enter comments in project specific system(s) for supportive services in accordance with State requirements
- Assist with ordering office supplies
- Maintain inventory supply list and ensure office supplies are fully stocked
- Keep organized records of all orders to be sent to Manager and/or Accounting on a monthly basis
- Distribute, track and reconcile transportation (bus passes & gas cards)
- Distribute, track and reconcile debit cards (internet and cell phone)
- Obtain client signatures
- Responsible for all documents to be uploaded into electronic case file system
- Maintain Shared Drive for the Project
- Perform general office clerk duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills
- Be able to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
- Able to multi-task, work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills and have strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and able to work in many different programs including client database, excel, word and power point
