Job Description

We are seeking highly qualified, educators, administrators, presenters or facilitators to provide professional development and in-service trainings for primary through secondary schools and districts in all different settings.

Trainers who work with us serve in public, private and charter schools, colleges and universities, Department of Defense schools around the world and a variety of other community organizations.

Our nationally recognized instructors teach innovative and highly effective discipline and differentiation strategies at seminars and education conferences, in schools and districts everywhere. We provide tools that teachers can use in their classrooms immediately to improve their craft of teaching.

You have the choice to remain in your current position and train on ‘off days’ or train on a more consistent basis. As a consultant, you may work in your regional area or travel to work in another state – you will determine what is best for you. Some of our trainers also serve internationally.

You must enjoy training and staff development.

You will train educators to use our research-based and highly successful strategies to maximize classroom management and student engagement – we are seeking trainers for both programs.

Every consultant serves as an independent contractor, which allows for unlimited flexibility and earning potential. You are your own boss; you make it happen and we will help you along the way.

We are looking for professionals who have demonstrated strong presentation or facilitation skills, enjoy working with school leaders and love speaking, teaching and leading others. Successful consultants include current or retired teachers, administrators, counselors, behavior specialists, staff development coordinators, coaches and professional speakers. They understand the challenges teachers face in the classroom and recognize the opportunity to help students and educators succeed.

Please note: This is a contract assignment.

The practical strategies we teach are founded in decades of the top educational research. Components of our classroom management program were initially developed with the help and guidance of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden, both from UCLA.

The feedback we consistently get is that our trainings help redefine teaching and learning in schools with easy-to-use, teacher friendly strategies that immediately improve classroom behavior and help teachers address diverse learning needs to promote motivation and a desire to learn in all students.
