Job Description
Equinox in San Francisco is currently seeking Swim Coaches. Full Time and Part Time opportunities available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts all swim programs & activities in accordance with Equinox objectives.
- Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress.
- Provide the highest quality of service to our members
- Build client base through in-house special events and networking within the membership base
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Swim certification preferred
- Personal Training background preferred but not required
- Posses strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to self-promote and network
- Previous competitive swim experience is a plus

Pay Transparency: $60.00-$80.00 per Class; $19.61/hr (For non-class work)
