Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy supporting Equinox’s Spa business across multiple markets nationwide. This role is accountable for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across key spa and wellness positions, including Licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Dual-Licensed Spa Practitioners, Spa Coordinators, and Stretch Technicians.
This individual serves as a trusted talent advisor to Spa Operations leaders and is responsible for building sustainable talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, industry networking, school partnerships, community engagement, referrals, and relationship-driven recruiting initiatives.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this recruiter will champion Equinox as an employer of choice within the spa, wellness, recovery, and hospitality industries while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Candidates should reside in the New York City metropolitan area or commute to a nearby Equinox club location as business needs require.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Regional, National, and Club Spa Leaders to assess talent needs and workforce plans.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Dual-Licensed Spa Practitioners, Spa Coordinators, Stretch Technicians, and other spa and wellness positions.
- Build strategic relationships with massage therapy schools, esthetics programs, vocational institutions, and industry organizations.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive candidates.
- Build and nurture talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and effectively communicate career growth opportunities and the Equinox value proposition.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, school events, and industry conferences.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and selection activities.
- Maintain knowledge of spa licensing requirements across markets.
- Leverage recruiting metrics and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting spa, wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or service professionals preferred.
- Demonstrated success building partnerships with schools, training programs, and professional organizations.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through creative recruiting strategies.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
- Demonstrated grit, resilience, persistence, and results orientation.
- Skilled at influencing candidates and communicating compelling career opportunities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Pay Transparency: $70,000-75,000
