Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for supporting the sales and retail recruiting efforts. The primary goal will be to build and maintain an effective sales recruiting pipeline through active sourcing and identifying talent for the Membership Advisor and the Retail Manager on Duty position.

  • Partnering with our field organization to assess recruiting needs and to identify key recruitment issues.
  • Implement and utilize effective recruitment initiatives to attract highly qualified candidates, conduct in-depth screening of prospective applicants, establish and maintain a strong recruiting presence and effective service image, as well as a positive candidate experience.
  • Generate and screen resumes and applications, and conduct in-depth interviews for assigned departments.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting tools to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting, including workforce planning, special search assignments, and new club openings.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with specific hiring partners by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation setting.
  • Provide guidance to management and associates on employment policies and procedures.
  • Create and execute career and networking events to drive talent for Membership Advisor and Retail Manager on Duty roles.
  • Industry research, business recommendations, and competitor research.
  • Identify and recommend new recruitment marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate regional event participation, including career events for new club openings.
  • Share recruiting metrics and data-driven insights to support workforce planning and influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources; campus recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Ability to manage a high volume of pipelines.
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing data.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting techniques, and other web-based employment strategies. (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, UKG Pro, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage candidates, clients, and team.
  • Sense of urgency to meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment and achieve KPIs.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, wage and salary trends, job posting, networking events, in-person presentations, referral programs, and headhunting.
  • Strong Boolean search and resume database search skills.
  • Proven success in executing both tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Keen eye for talent, focusing on proven success, attitude, and cultural fit.
  • Ability to interact with and influence senior operations leaders.

Candidates must be able to work from Equinox Headquarters in New York City.

Pay Transparency: $70,000-75,000 annually
