Job Description

Equinox is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position requires the ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, think critically and be solution oriented in a dynamic & fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex and confidential functions including developing written correspondence; preparing PowerPoint presentations, responding to routine external correspondence; typing memos, purchasing requisitions, payment requests and other department forms, documents, and communications
  • Heavy calendar management for 3-4 executives and other members of the executive team when needed
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Prepare expense reports through our system “Concur”
  • Coordinate and execute internal events
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
  • Perform special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple senior level executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting system preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
  • Experience executing ad hoc projects

Pay Transparency: Min $90,000 - Max $105,000
