The Spa Operations and Recruiting Coordinator will support the Senior Manager of Operations and the National Manager of Recruiting for Spa, to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the department.

• Support Spa Operations with ordering and procurement
• Ensure Spa POS system is current and accurate by location with retail, service, series SKUs and promotions
• Maintain current backbar and professional items in Spa ordering portal
• Assist in the creation and management of departmental policies and SOPs
• Ensure all department resources are up to date and available to the field teams
• Prepare status reports and updates on current projects
• Assist in the creation of presentations for monthly national field team meetings
• Partner with Regional and Club Spa leaders to assess recruiting needs by individual club, area, market and region
• Increase total qualified applicant flow to Spa positions in target markets
• Manage Spa specific postings on School and Association job boards
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Spa positions
• Foster relationships with colleges, Spa service licensing schools, and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit top talent
• Partner with local Recruiting Teams to facilitate open houses

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1+ years relevant experience in related role
• Full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, job posting, networking, in-person presentations, referral programs and headhunting
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Strong Boolean search and resume database search skills
• Must have proven ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
• Must be proficient and Excel and Power Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Book4Time or other online Spa booking software, strongly preferred
