Job Description

As a Principal Product Manager reporting to our Vice President, Digital Innovation, you will help us on our quest to innovate the future member experience as part of our high-performance lifestyle platform and ecosystem. This is a craft-mastery level role for product managers that have been honing and perfecting their skills for years to create transformational user experiences that propel businesses forward either through expansion or the creation of new revenue models. You will sit at the intersection of product (software and hardware), brand marketing, operations, and strategy, identifying and prioritizing long-term opportunities balanced with more near-horizon member value initiatives.

You will think about the bigger picture when solving for business outcomes and achieve them with a continuous discovery and experimentation methodology. You will use strong analytical skills to evaluate ideas, dissect problems and conduct opportunity-solution mapping. You prioritize ruthlessly and are able to tell the story of how your product work has led to your decisions. You will build strong relationships within the organization to translate our members and business needs into opportunities. You will think strategically about audience segmentation that aligns across marketing strategy, operations and digital user experiences; demonstrate advanced mastery product management mechanics and fundamentals to identify product-solution, product-market, and product-business fit. You will create connectedness across our portfolio of brands, products and services. And you will excel under high-profile, high-pressure environments to realize your maximum potential and deliver high-performance.
