Job Description

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules with Smartsheets or an equivalent tool 
  • Set up and assist in managing work hours, budgets and expenditures with the Business Owner
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Prepare status report templates and distribute across cross functional teams
  • Ensure project deadlines are met on time and on budget
  • Coordinate and manage the approval and sign off process
  • Document project changes and decisions
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project in designated repositories
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable 
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Maintain and update Project Management Knowledge base

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in hardware/product development, business or a related field in the Project Management function
  • Understanding of the hardware/ product development function
  • Strong analytical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Gsuite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Competency in Smartsheets and Lucidchart
  • Ability to learn corporate technology/systems quickly and thoroughly
  • Excellent multi-tasking/time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards multiple assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team by forming partnerships with appropriate internal and external resources and accomplishes goals using these relationships
  • Personal passion or interest in fitness and technology
