Precision Run is looking for Housekeeping Associates to join the team at its state-of-the-art location at 12 West 21st St, New York, NY 10010!

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and fitness and an excitement for our brand. We are looking for hyper-organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Notify Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager of any and all operational issues.
  • Support all studio related special projects (floor cleaning, high dusting, advanced equipment repair, etc.)
  • Properly maintain all cleaning equipment used by studio (mop pads, buckets, pails, floor scrubbing machines, ladders, dolly’s, hand trucks, rags, etc.)
  • Full knowledge of all cleaning supplies, recommended chemicals, and company SOPs
  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative 
  • Provide support to the Precision Run instructors to ensure a positive class experience
  • Work as a cohesive team with all Precision Run staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie 
  • Maintain the distinct Precision Run aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment 
  • Awareness of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
  • Experience with cleaning products
  • Ability to work with hand tools and cleaning equipment
  • Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities 
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills 
  • Positive, can-do attitude 
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette 
  • Superior organizational skills 
  • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND SOME EARLY MORNING/MIDDAY/LATE EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time 
  • Able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs
