In Round One, submit a short video showing off your instructing skills. In Round Two, we pair top trainees with personal mentors to unlock their raw talent and train them harder than ever for the ultimate test: a live performance in NYC. The call is open. WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

This is your chance to join Equinox group fitness, redefining the science of fitness and the art of living. In our first ever national talent search, top candidates will be on the fast track to high performance with a month of one-on-one development with our mentors, and a select group will make the final cut: a 4-day professional development immersion at our corporate headquarters in NYC.

TIMELINE:

JANUARY 7 - SUBMISSIONS OPEN

FEBRUARY 8 - SUBMISSION DEADLINE 

FEBRUARY 18  TO  MARCH 19- ONE ON ONE MENTOR TRAINING

APRIL 9 TO APRIL 13 - ELITE TRAINING NYC
