Job Description

SoulCycle is looking to add an ERP Support Specialist to our growing Technology Team, reporting to the VP of Product and Technology The ideal candidate represents a blend of System/IT and Business Process skills as they relate to Enterprise Systems operations. The person in this position will work closely with our Technology, Finance and Retail teams so flexibility, openness to change and ability to build positive relationships are a must! We’re also looking for a go-getter who’s ready to jump in and figure things out!

 

The ERP Support Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of our enterprise systems including but not limited to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle Planning & Budgeting platform and Dynamics 365. As enterprise systems main point of contact, this person will own, facilitate and coordinate providing end-user support and effectively troubleshooting any issues that may arise in our complex enterprise systems environment. As well as the successful delivery of solutions, assessing and communicating issues of technological impact on business, and measuring and reporting the level of service being delivered.

 

The ERP and Commerce Support Specialist should be prepared to act as a super-user and subject matter expert on our processes, interfaces and integrations that are reflected in the enterprise systems. They will have knowledge and strong interest in current and evolving application solutions, industry standards, best practices, root cause analysis, opportunities, and training. They will also work with cross-functional project teams consisting of technical and business team members and should have professional level service skills including an ability to communicate, negotiate, and implement processes for the applications that they will manage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all aspects of application support: analysis, maintenance, enhancement for mission-critical application systems, and training. This includes monitoring of service and performance metrics; monitoring interfaces; incident and root cause analysis, service and incident communication facilitation, troubleshooting problem areas in collaboration with the service provider, status and value proposition reporting 
  • Provide general support to users of enterprise systems and white glove support to the department executives
  • Work closely with the Technology, Finance, Accounting and Retail teams to perform system administrative tasks as considered necessary for each of the enterprise systems
  • Perform all system maintenance tasks in adherence to agreed upon audit requirements
  • Willingness to learn other business systems and provide support for them as well
  • Ensure quality delivered by vendors including third party hosting meets contractual expectations
  • Provide solutions to lower the cost of application support
  • Manage and support activities and processes related to enabling business driven, measurable, value aligned solutions, improvements or changes to the applications
  • Ensure communications and processes with business unit customers are consistent across the entire team and are aligned with IT direction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field combined with:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Enterprise Systems or related field. While knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Systems is a plus, previous exposure to ERP systems is a must!
  • Experience with day-to-day operations of enterprise systems including but not limited to: ongoing user support, security & master data updates, system maintenance planning, change management process, and monitoring interfaces
  • Ability to manage ticket and workflow effectively, prioritize and switch focus if needed
  • Strong customer service skills, YES-attitude and ability to build positive working relationships
  • Effective communicator & able to walk non-technical users through technical details
  • Experience with system implementation projects and strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Financial Planning and Retail processes as they relate to enterprise systems
  • A personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand is preferred.

Pay Transparency: Min $70K - Max $75K
