Job Description

Equinox is seeking a Product Manager to join our Consumer Products team. They will build products that elevate the Equinox Member Experience and explore innovative ways to drive business goals. The right candidate is curious, both entrepreneurial and highly collaborative, and passionate about creating experiences our Members will love.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a full-stack squad and work closely with Design, Engineering, Research, Data, and others to ship high-quality product experiences that solve customer pain points and further business initiatives.
  • Champion a product vision that inspires your team and leadership and break it down into an executable roadmap with measurable goals and success metrics.
  • Drive product development through the entire lifecycle – from conception and definition through launch, iteration, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Research & Data Teams to define and execute plans for experimentation, measuring the success of your product, and informing future prioritization. · Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborators across the business to gain a deep understanding of business operations and goals and to maximize the impact of your initiatives.
  • Clearly communicate roadmap, priorities, status, and impact to leadership and across the organization

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable presenting across all levels of the organization, with the ability to influence and build alignment internally and cross-functionally.
  • Technical and design fluency. Able to discuss concepts in detail with engineering and design and distill key information for partners outside of the Technology department.
  • Strong product instincts and deep empathy for the customer. Able to identify business opportunities and understand user problems, and to define a strategy to tie these together.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to draw insights, identify opportunities, and measure success.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mentality. Able to define a path forward from ambiguity, motivated to find ways around obstacles, and flexible enough to change course, given new information.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, while able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Passion for fitness & wellness space a plus, but not required.

Pay Transparency: Min $110K - Max $120K
