Job Description

The Corporate TA Partner is a pivotal member of the Talent Acquisition team, entrusted with the task of sourcing and securing top-tier talent for the organization. Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will be accountable for full recruitment life cycle management of assigned positions and will join our team for a min of 3 months contract assignment. This role will help drive our mission forward by bringing amazing talent and creative talent attraction to our organization. The Corporate TA team sits on site at the Equinox HQ, 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs.) located in Hudson Yards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a full-cycle recruiting process of sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, hiring - and cheering! - for all open assigned corporate positions
  • Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, researching and implementing unique sourcing mechanisms with our corporate teams as needed to find the best talent for our evolving organization
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HR, and Tech teams)
  • Support record keeping for the hiring process in our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters), entering data and helping to maintain accuracy within the system
  • Establish clear expectations and SLAs. Accountable for candidate experience, and driving capability, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Develop offer proposals for selected candidates and extend verbal offers.
  • Keep abreast of external best-in-class recruiting processes and bring those initiatives to Equinox Group where applicable.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition managing full recruiting life cycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline preferred
  • Experience evaluating and presenting metrics that track recruiting effectiveness and delivery towards human capital and business strategies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting techniques, plan development, sourcing methods and compensation strategies for highly complex business groups.
  • Experience with developing diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting systems and recruiting operations processes, strategies, and regulations.
  • Experience partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources/People services partners and peers.

Pay Transparency: Min $45/HR
