Job Description
Our 2026 Critical Care Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) program provides a fantastic opportunity to extend your professional career by enhancing your skills and knowledge across one of the following specialty areas:
- Cardiac Nursing (Including Catheter Laboratory), Emergency or Intensive Care
You will be supported, guided, and coached throughout the program by our dedicated Clinical Educators and senior clinicians.
This Intake is for July 2026.
The Specialities:
- Cardiac – recruiting at Epworth Geelong and Richmond, including Richmond Cath Lab
- Emergency – recruiting at Epworth Geelong and Richmond
- Intensive Care – recruiting at Epworth Eastern (Box Hill), Freemasons, Geelong and Richmond
These positions are 0.8 EFT, in recognition of the time commitment required to study and attend study days, complete assessments whilst also working to embed this knowledge into clinical practice.

You are passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience by delivering high-quality care. Professional, empathetic and compassionate in your personal conduct, you have the ability to inspire others and be a positive role model. You are motivated to continually learn, improve and promote best practice.
You will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency; OR New Zealand Citizenship
- A minimum of one-year acute clinical nursing experience following your graduate year within the acute clinical setting.
