Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a permanent position at Epworth Freemasons, located in East Melbourne. Full-time employment is preferred, but we are open to negotiation. In this role, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager and assist in the overall clinical management and team leadership for the Plastics Scrub/Scout team at Epworth Freemasons.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ANUM or motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse looking for career development. In this role you will be dynamic and flexible with and focus on delivering an exceptional patient and staff experience in accordance with Epworth HealthCare's values. As a key member of the Leadership team, you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager.

To be successful in this role…

You will either be in an ANUM role or looking to step into an ANUM role. You are a good communicator, flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients and their families. You’re keen to progress your career, learn how to lead a unit and are open to mentoring and accessing internal leadership programs that support your journey.

You will have:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
  • Previous plastics experience
  • Be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes

The annual salary range for full time ANUM – AUD $115,678- $119,579 + super + entitlements ,depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
