Epworth Freemasons is offering permanent part-time and casual positions as a Patient Services Officer. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of the pre-admission and admission process for both elective and emergency patients, reporting to the Patient Service Centre Manager.

You will make an impact by:

• Admitting and discharging of patients
• Responding promptly to enquiries and requests
• General administrative duties and entering patient’s details to create admissions.
• Creating Estimates and completing Health Fund Checks

To be successful in this role…

You will have:

• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to prioritise in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions according to hospital needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in health care, medical or health fund industry will be highly advantageous
