Step Into Leadership in Oncology Nursing at Freemasons – Associate Nurse Unit Manager (Part-Time, 0.6 FTE)

Join our dynamic Day Oncology and Apheresis team, where compassion meets innovation. We provide day chemotherapy regimes and specialised Apheresis services, including stem cell collection, in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to:

  • Champion patient-centred care and clinical excellence
  • Lead a high-performing team with energy and empathy
  • Drive patient flow and service efficiency
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless, safe care
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance patient outcomes

You will need the following:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Completion of the ADAC course
  • A strong understanding of contemporary oncology nursing practices

The annual salary range for a full time ANUM – AUD $115,678.72 - $119,579.10 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
