Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join the dynamic Acute Allied Health team at Epworth Richmond on a permanent part-time basis (0.4 EFT), working Wednesdays and Fridays.
In this role, you will take a lead in providing high-quality physiotherapy care to patients on the neurosciences wards, contributing your expertise to the management of complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions in an acute hospital setting. You will also support the development and leadership of the acute neurosciences physiotherapy team, helping to drive clinical excellence and service improvement.

You will make an impact by:
- Providing innovative evidence based care to acute neurological and neurosurgical patients
- Providing senior representation within the physiotherapy and multidisciplinary team
- Identifying and leading relevant quality improvement initiatives
- Mentoring and supervision of staff and students
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 7 Years of Clinical experience and knowledge with neurological and neurosurgical patients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving ability
- Proven leadership experience including support, supervision and education of staff and students

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Council
- Current physiotherapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
