Job Description
We are very excited to offer a highly sought-after Physiotherapist position to join our incredible team at Epworth! This is a full time, fixed-term role until the end of May 2026.
Working as a Grade 1 Physiotherapist, you will be based across various locations in Melbourne, where you will contribute to a program rotating across our Richmond, Freemasons (East Melbourne) and Eastern (Box Hill) acute services as well as our rehabilitation sites based in Richmond, Hawthorn and Camberwell. At each site you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team that provides strong support for all its staff.

You will make an impact by:
- Providing evidence based best practice physiotherapy services to Epworth’s patients
- Working as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team
- Taking responsibility for allocated departmental portfolios
- Contributing to quality improvement
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Relevant clinical experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and reasoning skills
- An enthusiastic and caring nature
- An empathetic professional with high regard for patients and colleagues
- Current Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA (essential)
- A willingness to work in a range of clinical environments and specialties (rotations each 4 months)
- Be naturally proactive and responsive to changing patient profiles and service demands
- A growth mindset from a personal, professional and service perspective

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Council
- Current physiotherapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
