Job Description

There are two part time roles available at Epworth Rehabilitation and Mental Health (Camberwell), where you will be responsible for consulting suites reception. You will be part of the Mental Health administration team and report to the Practice Manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing comprehensive customer service and administrative support to staff, patients, visitors and medical staff.
  • Establishing positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Having a practical approach to problem solving.

To be successful in this role…

You will be a positive team player with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.  Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and be accountable.

You will have:

  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Previous working experience in a hospital/medical administration and or consulting department.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining Customer Service in a fast paced and demanding environment.
