Job Description

In this full time and/or part-time role (two vacancies), based at Epworth Eastern (Box Hill), you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver patient food services. You will be part of the Food Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.

To be successful in this role…

You are an experienced confident supervisor, with well-developed interpersonal skills. You are a born leader with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You have a can-do attitude, and adaptable to all situations. You also have a high work ethic to deliver exceptional service.

You will have:

  • Business Management Diploma (preference in Hospitality Management)
  • More than 5 years’ experience as a supervisor in a hospital or  aged care operation
  • Experience leading team of more than 8 staff per shift
  • Experience and knowledge of Food Safety compliance
  • Experience in process improvement within food services.
