Job Description

In these casual opportunities, based at Epworth Freemasons working across the Albert Street and Victoria Parade sites, you will be part of the Food Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing a high quality meal delivery service to our patients
  • Performing efficiently across the plating line service
  • Supporting function set up and cleaning
  • Being respectful, understanding and compassionate
  • Working with a committed team and striving for consistently efficient services

To be successful in this role…

You will have an upbeat personality and positive attitude. You will be happy working autonomously, in a team and with patients directly.

You will have:

  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patient's needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, confidently and courteously
  • An organised approach to work and ability to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment
  • A well-developed understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment
  • Basic Food Safety training as well as Food Allergy training
  • Adaptability to change tasks throughout your shift readily
  • Flexibility with availability for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon and weekends
