Job Description

In this part-time role, based in Hawthorn, you will be responsible for Hospital Reception. You will be part of the Administration team and report to Administration Team Leader.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting patients, visitors, staff and medical specialists with enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service when working in the main reception
  • Completing other activities in support of the administration department, as required.

You will be a dynamic customer service orientated business officer who takes pride and ownership in their work. You care about the way you make people feel and want the hospital experience to be special for the patient, family, medical team and your work colleagues alike.

You will have:

  • Previous demonstrated experience in a similar administration role
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise
  • Ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining customer service in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Healthcare experience (desirable)
