Job Description

This is a full time role based in Box Hill, you will be responsible for scheduling of PM’s and CM’s, monitoring and maintaining a high-quality standard for projects or operational planning tasks. You will be part of the Facilities team and report to Facilities Manager – Eastern.

You will make an impact by:

  • Actively liaise and consult with relevant staff members and external contractors to ensure effective communication is maintained.
  • Work with various departments and disciplines to ensure they are aware of any project requirements and interruptions.
  • Supervise two inhouse trades personnel to perform CM and PM tasks and identify operational service innovations.
  • Be available for an on-call roster for facilities.
  • Adhere with Epworth protocols and operational discipline.

You will have well-developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with talented team members and able to influence stakeholders at all levels while providing the best in a supportive environment.

You will have:

  • Proven experience working in a facilities coordinating/supervising role or similar.
  • Trade qualified or equivalent experience in a facilities role or similar.
