In this full time role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for providing dietetic services. You will be part of the dietetics team and report to the Manager of Dietetics.

You will make an impact by:

• Providing nutrition advice, support, counselling and education to patients and family/carers
• Actively participating as a member of the department and multidisciplinary team
• Actively participating in quality activities ensuring opportunities for improvement are actively explored and best practice is achieved
• Participating in ongoing professional development by upgrading clinical competencies and knowledge and participating in both internal and external educational opportunities
• Demonstrating empathy and compassion and encourage patient and family members participation in all stages of care

• The ability to work with key stakeholders to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes
• A quality and risk focused approach to clinical practice, patient care and decision making

• Previous acute hospital experience is desirable
