Job Description
We are very excited to offer multiple highly sought-after Senior Psychologist positions at Epworth Geelong. Inviting applications from both Grade 2 & Grade 3 Psychologists to join our wonderful multidisciplinary team.
The roles are suitable for either experienced Clinical Psychologists or Clinical Neuropsychologists with the flexibility of part-time hours.
Providing clinical leadership to the psychology service at Epworth Geelong, as a Senior Clinical Psychologist / Clinical Neuropsychologist, you will be working across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
You will also provide supervision to our wonderful Grade 2 Psychologists as well as Provisional Psychologists on placement, working with our management team to review and develop the psychology service.

You will make an impact by:
- Using your exceptional clinical skills to determine and deliver appropriate psychological assessments and interventions for patients which contribute to their health and well-being
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate standards of practice relating to patient admission, assessment, treatment, family liaison and discharge planning
- Providing clinical leadership by demonstrating well-consolidated skills and implementing evidence-based practice
- Working collaboratively with other team members to support client rehabilitation goals and functional outcomes
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to provide supervision and performance development support for junior psychology staff, registrars and students as per the supervision and leadership structures of the department
- Coordinating service provision and development for the psychology team
You will have:
- A Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology
- General psychologist registration with AHPRA with endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology
- Registration as a Board approved supervisor with AHPRA
- Advanced psychological assessment and intervention skills
- Proven leadership and collaborative qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong, supportive, collaborative and engaging style
- Commitment to your professional development
- Passion about patient centred care grounded in high quality clinical outcomes
