Epro 360 is a service provider, helping young students to find the best university and scholarship for their studies in the U.S. The idea that started with just 3 international students in the U.S. back in 2014, now has over 15 team members in different parts of the world, serving hundreds of students each year.

As our Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing the success and satisfaction of our students! There are different stages through which the students receive Epro 360’s service; the community is where it all comes together. A good Community Manager should have above-average communication skills (verbal and written), a well-developed aptitude for digital online tools, a high understanding of social dynamics, the ability to combine acquired information and transform it into a solution, as well as the willingness to work independently using analytical thinking skills. Job Description

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Interacting with other team members, who are in touch with students, in order to maintain a constant understanding of the student body’s needs & challenges.
  • Advise other team members about questions or concerns that may rise up from our digital community.
  • Research vacancies that could be a match for our students to apply for, after graduation.
  • Develop material out of our community, to attract other companies to potentially recruit students from us
  • Track and compile career progress 6 desires from students and transfer it back into our CRM and report to management on a regular basis.
  • Help with organising community events, both online and offline.

Starting salary Community Manager (HR) in full-time: min. 40,000.- Euro gross annual salary.

Opportunities for further development and promotion over the next few years are available. The induction phase usually lasts 2-3 months.

Qualifications

What we look for in a candidate:

  • English Language: You need to possess an excellent level (written and spoken) of the English language in order to appropriately communicate with the rest of the Epro 360 team and students.
  • Aptitude for using new technologies and open to learning new technologies (e.g. our CRM, google drive, google docs, excel, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Attention to details: The level of details in some steps of the process (e.g. visa application) is high. Having a keen eye for details is important for our students to be successful, and for our team to work together efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently & responsibly: Freedom to work anywhere you want and at the times that you want requires you to be diligent and responsible in getting things done and meeting deadlines.
  • Time management: We want to empower our team members as much as possible. This is why we focus on performance instead of requiring to work a minimum of hours. It will be up to you to schedule your time wisely.
