Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly.
This position combines front-office and scheduling responsibilities with some financial coordination, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and families warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments to help maintain smooth patient flow and an efficient clinical schedule
- Monitor and adjust the daily schedule as needed for changes, emergencies, and same-day appointments
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Assist patients with questions regarding insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and treatment estimates
- Verify and update patient contact, insurance, and other necessary information
- Collect and accurately document payments and other required information
- Respond to incoming calls and emails and direct questions to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate information in scheduling systems and patient records
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to provide an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications

- Comfort discussing financial and insurance information with patients
- Previous front desk, scheduling, customer service, or financial coordination experience preferred
- Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position working Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The position will travel between our Lone Tree and Greenwood Village locations.
