Our Ephesoft engineering team is looking for an excellent Director of Engineering to help in managing development and quality testing teams to build, test and deliver multiple products based on on-premises and cloud environment using Machine Learning/Artiifcial Intelligence.

You will:

• Manage multiple software development and testing teams distributed geographically 

• Participate in daily operations of build, test and deliver quality products

• Provide technical, architect and design guide and efforts to teams

• Coach the teams using Agile product development methodology 

• Build and retain a high velocity and highly productive teams

• Communicate effectively with our  inter departments to deliver value to our internal and external stakeholders 

• Report to VP of  Engineering, coordinating with our Product, Support, Operations, Prof. Services and Sales teams to develop and deliver our AI platform aligning with our Product roadmap and foster new product ideas.

Required:

• 10+ Years of managing and delivering software products successfully 

• 15+ Years of software development experience working in different domains especially working  in document capture platform technology with image processing experience

• 5+ Years of managing multiple software development and testing teams

• 3+ Years of managing software development and QA managers

• Delivering products with Agile software product development is Must

• Hands-on experience in Java, REST-API, AWS SDK, RDBMS, NO-SQL, BigData, Webapp frameworks such as Spring, Workflow engines, Reporting, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and cloud based services.

• Exceptional Agile management skills in managing people, process and technology 

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams both on-site and offshore teams distributed geographically

• Experience in reinforcing positive environment and culture, foster innovation, team work and creativity 

• Delivering products using continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous delivery pipeline

• Experience in Qualiy improvements, test automation, unit/end-to-end testing, and regression 

• Excellent Agile product and project management skills using tools such as Aha, Jira and Confluence to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Experience in all aspects of hiring
