Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable, organized, and commercially aware Executive Assistant to serve as the operational and strategic right hand to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional executive support. It is designed for someone who can protect executive time, improve decision-making flow, drive priority initiatives, and act as a strong connector across the leadership team. It is also a deliberate growth pathway into a future Chief of Staff mandate for a high-performing candidate.
What You Will Own
Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, meeting flow, and key communications with discipline and discretion.
Drive execution on high-priority strategic initiatives across the business.
Coordinate cross-functional follow-through across leadership and operating teams.
Prepare briefs, presentations, research, and executive materials for internal and external engagements.
Track decisions, risks, and action items to improve accountability and execution rhythm.
Support the development of SOPs, governance processes, and internal operating discipline.
Shape internal communication, leadership sessions, and strategic planning coordination.
Research, synthesize, and present data and insight that support executive decisions.
What Success Looks Like
The CEO operates with stronger focus, better preparation, and fewer execution gaps.
Strategic priorities are tracked and moved forward with clear ownership and follow-through.
Leadership meetings are better coordinated, and decisions translate into action faster.
Cross-functional initiatives are delivered with stronger structure and less friction.
The role builds trust across the business as a high-judgment, high-reliability partner to the CEO.
Qualifications
Who You Are
You are calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to bring structure to complexity. You think ahead, manage up well, and communicate with clarity and authority. You are discreet, disciplined, and confident enough to push back when needed. You do not see this as a standard support role. You see it as a leadership platform and a serious growth opportunity.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management, operations, strategy, legal, or consulting role.
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field.
Strong track record in strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and project execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
High proficiency with digital tools used to organize, track, and accelerate work.
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is a strong advantage.
