Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially strong and highly organized Account Management Lead to manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and coordinate seamless delivery across internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of client service, commercial performance, and operational execution. It is suited to someone who can think strategically, manage complexity, protect profitability, and turn client relationships into long-term business value.

What You Will Own

  • Lead day-to-day client engagement with a best-in-class service approach from brief receipt to execution closure.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and position the agency as a strategic partner, not just a service provider.

  • Map client decision-making processes, competitive landscapes, and annual brand cycles to strengthen account planning and identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive internal alignment across Strategy, Creative, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure delivery meets agreed service levels and client expectations.

  • Own the service delivery rhythm across assigned accounts, including status updates, issue resolution, internal follow-through, and escalation management.

  • Support revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying organic opportunities and working with internal teams to develop strong commercial solutions.

  • Manage the end-to-end billing cycle across assigned accounts, including costing alignment, invoice tracking, receivables follow-up, and revenue forecasting.

  • Maintain strong documentation, reporting discipline, and account visibility to support better decisions and stronger client outcomes.

  • Minimal deviation in invoice and payment cycles.

You are structured, proactive, and commercially aware. You think in revenue and ROI, but you also understand brand needs and client realities. You can engage senior stakeholders with confidence, manage multiple priorities without losing control, and push internal teams toward high standards without creating friction. You do not wait passively for briefs; you anticipate needs, shape solutions, and keep momentum.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects and handling day-to-day Key Account Management responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of business indices, analytical data, and market or industry trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence decisions

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong client servicing capability with a consultative approach to complex relationships.

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work systematically under pressure and tight deadlines.
