Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly trusted Technical Assistant to serve as a strategic extension of the CEO. This role sits at the centre of executive operations, strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and confidential decision support. It is designed for someone who can bring structure, judgment, and follow-through to high-priority initiatives while protecting the CEO’s time, focus, and operating rhythm.
What You Will Own
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring priorities move forward with clarity and discipline.
Monitor progress across departments, identify risks or delays early, and drive follow-through on critical business actions.
Support executive operations, including meeting preparation, board materials, investor and media briefings, calendar management, travel coordination, and leadership events.
Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO’s time, ensuring access, meetings, and requests are prioritized appropriately.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication.
Conduct research, prepare reports, synthesize data, and produce executive summaries to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Track meeting actions, coordinate confidential cross-functional projects, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
Strengthen internal processes, champion SOP compliance, and support legal and process compliance across the organization.

Success in this role will be measured by strong execution of strategic priorities, effective management of legal and process compliance responsibilities, sound discretion and confidentiality, smoother executive operations, and clear evidence of improved coordination and follow-through across teams.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management or similarly high-responsibility role.
Background in legal or compliance is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cross-functional coordination.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Strong comfort using technology to streamline processes and improve productivity.
