Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially sharp and execution-focused Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and vendor delivery across our experiential marketing projects. This role is responsible for securing the right materials, services, and partners at the right quality, cost, and timeline while maintaining strong process discipline, supplier performance, and compliance. It is ideal for someone who understands both procurement rigour and the pace, complexity, and creativity of experiential work.

What You Will Own

  • Lead sourcing across event production materials, fabrication, logistics, digital installations, branded merchandise, venue needs, and other project requirements.

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers, fabricators, and production partners aligned with project needs and company standards.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to drive cost efficiency and commercial value without compromising delivery quality.

  • Partner closely with Project, Creative, Finance, Production, and Operations teams to align procurement with scope, specifications, timelines, and budgets.

  • Oversee purchase orders, supplier invoices, delivery schedules, procurement documentation, and post-event cost reconciliation.

  • Strengthen procurement processes, maintain audit-ready records, enforce SOP and policy compliance, and ensure transparency across the sourcing cycle.

  • Monitor supplier performance through reviews and audits, manage sourcing risks, and develop alternative vendors or materials where needed.

  • Stay current on market trends, production methods, and sourcing innovations that can improve execution quality, speed, and value.

What Success Looks Like

  • Optimized procurement spend and measurable cost savings without compromising quality or timelines.

  • A reliable, high-performing supplier network built on trust, accountability, and strong service delivery.

  • Faster, more efficient procurement processes with strong compliance and documentation discipline.

  • Better spend visibility, forecasting, and cross-functional support for seamless project delivery.
