Role Overview

We are looking for a highly structured and execution-led Head of Projects to lead the agency’s project delivery function. This role owns the end-to-end execution of experiential campaigns, events, and brand activations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard. It is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine operational control, commercial discipline, stakeholder management, and strong team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Own

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all agency projects and activations across multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Translate client briefs and creative concepts into clear, executable project plans with strong timelines, ownership, and delivery discipline.

• Build and improve project management frameworks, governance structures, documentation templates, reporting dashboards, and status tracking mechanisms.

• Establish strong controls around scope management, change control, risk mitigation, and project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.

• Lead, coach, and develop the project team, setting clear KPIs, accountability standards, and growth expectations.

• Drive alignment across Account Management, Creative, Production, Procurement, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.

• Oversee project budgets, expenditure, billing coordination, reconciliations, and margin performance across the project lifecycle.

• Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning across active projects to improve efficiency and delivery quality.

• Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, project issues, and client concerns.

• Oversee vendor and supplier coordination to maintain quality and cost efficiency.

• Ensure all deliverables meet agency standards, client expectations, brand guidelines, and agreed specifications.

• Lead post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement across tools, workflows, logistics, and execution practices.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by the percentage of projects delivered on time and within budget, stronger project margin performance, reduced scope creep and escalations, better resource utilization, shorter project cycle times, and high stakeholder satisfaction across both clients and internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

• 8–10 years’ experience in experiential marketing, events, or brand activations.

• Proven track record managing large-scale experiential projects, teams, and fast-paced activations.

• Project Management certification such as PMP is required.

• Strong understanding of event logistics, planning tools, budgeting, and field execution.

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, multitasking, and stakeholder management capability.

• Availability to travel and work non-standard hours during major event periods.
