Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of People & Culture to lead the company’s people strategy and build a high-performance, inclusive, and well-run organization. This role owns the full people agenda across HR leadership, workforce planning, culture development, employee experience, talent growth, succession planning, and HR operations. It is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strong people judgment with structure, data, and execution discipline.
What You Will Own
Lead and execute the company’s people strategy in line with business priorities and growth goals.
Partner with executive leadership to shape culture, strengthen engagement, and improve organizational performance.
Oversee core HR operations including workforce planning, recruitment oversight, compliance, employee relations, and policy standardization.
Drive culture and employee experience initiatives that improve inclusion, collaboration, well-being, and retention.
Lead succession planning and ensure strong leadership pipelines across the business.
Oversee the Talent Growth function to ensure structured learning, career development, and leadership development programmes are in place.
Build and improve HR systems, workflows, reporting structures, and feedback mechanisms to increase operational efficiency and decision quality.
Use HR analytics and workforce data to guide planning, improve retention, and strengthen people decisions.
Lead change initiatives and support smooth organizational transitions across teams.

Qualifications
Who You Are
You are a strategic people leader who can connect HR priorities to business outcomes. You coach well, influence credibly, and bring maturity to leadership conversations. You are data-driven, people-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where culture, standards, and execution all matter.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic role.
Strong experience in coaching, talent development, culture transformation, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and change management.
Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Comfort with HR technology, workforce data, and digital tools for HR management.
