Job Description
Role Overview
The Enterprise & Partnership Lead will drive the organization’s B2B growth and strategic alliances. This role is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing high-value partnerships with enterprises, public sector institutions, ecosystem enablers, and international organizations. You’ll design and execute strategies that unlock new distribution channels, generate revenue, and amplify our platform’s market impact.
You’ll work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and operations to build scalable enterprise relationships that fuel user acquisition, content licensing, co-branded programs, and long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Growth
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting companies, institutions, and workforce development programs
Identify and close enterprise deals for platform adoption, training programs, talent pipelines, or licensing partnerships
Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term, revenue-generating clients
Structure and negotiate enterprise contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals
Partnership Development & Strategy
Identify and onboard strategic partners (corporates, government agencies, international donors, edtech players, etc.)
Design partnership models that drive value creation, co-investment, or market access
Manage partner onboarding, engagement, and performance across the lifecycle
Serve as a key relationship manager for senior stakeholders and institutional partners
Program Design & Co-Delivery
Co-create industry-aligned learning experiences, pilot programs, or workforce skilling initiatives with partners
Collaborate with internal teams to align product and content with enterprise and partner needs
Prepare proposals and pitch decks tailored to specific sectors and partnership opportunities
Revenue, Impact, and Growth Metrics
Track and report on enterprise revenue, partnership pipeline, and deal progress
Monitor partnership ROI and optimize based on performance data
Work cross-functionally to ensure partner satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities
Qualifications
Who You Are
4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales — ideally within edtech, SaaS, consulting, or workforce development
Proven track record of closing deals and managing complex partnerships
Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and execution capability
Excellent communicator with the presence to engage senior executives and institutions
Experience designing proposals, pilot programs, and B2B sales assets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with ambitious growth targets
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with public-private partnerships, NGOs, or international development organizations
Familiarity with African education, talent, or tech ecosystems
Ability to lead or support proposal development and donor-funded programs
