Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Lead to drive disciplined execution across our marketing programs and activations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects move through the full lifecycle within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. It is a high-accountability role for someone who can bring order, structure, and financial control to a fast-moving delivery environment.

The Project Lead will play a key role in strengthening project governance, coordinating teams, managing risk, and supporting the development of a best-practice Project Office.

What You Will Own

• Support the establishment and day-to-day running of the Project Office using best-practice delivery approaches.
• Manage project forecasting, costing, and budget reconciliation with strong attention to financial detail.
• Verify project costings before client submission and help protect commercial performance across activations.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and identify issues that may affect delivery timelines.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, supervisors, and interns to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
• Perform risk management and support compliance with internal quality procedures and ISO-related requirements.
• Track project data, extract relevant insights, and support recommendations that improve future campaign delivery.
• Communicate clearly with project teams and leadership on status, risks, priorities, and delivery requirements.

Success in this role means projects are well controlled, commercially disciplined, and delivered with minimal surprises. A strong Project Lead brings consistency to execution, ensures financial accuracy, improves visibility across multiple workstreams, and helps the team maintain a high standard of client delivery.

You are highly organized, systematic, and self-directed. You are comfortable managing several moving parts at once and do not need close supervision to deliver. You think in process, take financial accountability seriously, and communicate with clarity whether you are briefing field teams or updating senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven record of managing large-scale projects and day-to-day operational requests.
• Relevant degree with strong analytical capability and commercial understanding.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate in clear, practical language that keeps projects moving.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in costing verification and budget reconciliation.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and execution standards.
