Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of brand and category strategies that drive growth, market relevance, and commercial performance. This is a lead role for a strategist who can connect research, insight, creativity, and financial thinking into clear recommendations and strong execution.
The role covers the full journey from initial ideation and concept development to market actualization. It also includes leadership of the strategy team and direct contribution to new business and client-facing proposals.
What You Will Own
- Lead the development of brand strategies designed to grow profit, market share, and commercial impact.
- Build strategic frameworks to assess current brand activity and evaluate new market opportunities.
- Lead concept development from initial idea through viability assessment, refinement, and production readiness.
- Conduct research and analysis to uncover consumer insights and address brand or category challenges.
- Develop financial models, market sizing analyses, and economic forecasts to support new initiatives.
- Translate strategy into strong client-facing proposals that clearly communicate both strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Bridge the gap between creative ambition and financial viability across campaign and concept development.
- Lead, train, and manage the strategy team, including oversight of team output and capability development.
- Contribute to business growth by shaping high-quality decks, recommendations, and strategic responses to client opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in brand strategy within an experiential agency, advertising firm, or in-house marketing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
- APCON certification or a Master’s degree is a significant advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional oratory, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Deep understanding of RTM Strategy, Trade Marketing, and TTL solutions (ATL and BTL).
