A freight transportation and finance company located in North Miami Beach is looking for a superstar Operations Specialist that will serve as the frontline person at our office. We provide business solutions to trucking companies by managing their cash flow and load opportunities. How does it work?

First:  

• You will take care of the dispatching duties for the existing clients.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls.
• Search various truck load boards for load opportunities.
• Book loads and accurately input load and driver-related information into the system.
• Ensure that all trucks are covered in a timely manner.
• Monitor pick-ups and deliveries and notify customers of any deviation from the schedule.
• Instruct drivers of the location for load pick-up and delivery.
• Enter various dispatch information into the dispatch system.

Second:

Develop relationships and recruit new clients. We pay commissions for every new client you bring in.

• Minimum 2 years of ocean freight, ground freight, air freight or motor carrier experience.
  
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred; High School* or Vocational Diploma*, accepted (*Depends on experience)

• We need 4 full-time/contract personnel.
• Note: This position is based in Antipolo, Rizal, PH - night shift (US EST Time Zone).
