Job Description

Arrow Environmental Service is looking for a driven Sales Representative for our local branch in Naples, FL. We are a company built on family tradition established more than 100 years ago. With our parent company, Environmental Pest Service LLC, we provide peace of mind for our residential and commercial customers with pest control; termite control; insulation services; mosquito reduction; irrigation; and lawn, tree and shrub pest control and fertilization.

We Have:

  • An open Sales Consultant position in Pest Sales
  • Compensation between $40,000 to $50,000, first year
  • No capped commission structure
  • Company vehicles and phones for every Sales Consultant

  • Position duties include visiting clients, inspecting properties, identify pest/insect issues, offering solutions, and closing deals

Qualifications

You Have:

  • Ability to work out in all conditions including heat and humidity
  • No fear of crawling in attic, crawl spaces, and other sections of a house and property
  • Great drive to exceed goals
  • Handle customer objections and treat them as if you would like to be treated
  • Love to build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Entrepreneur and hunter-like spirit
  • Ability to work independently
