Job Description

**REMOTE POSITION**

Coordinates with multiple functions all required activities to ensure delivery of successful customer proposals and other sales documents in accordance with customer requirements and Clean Earth policies, practices and procedures. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reads, analyzes, and prepares RFP documents
  • Coordinates and submits internal questions regarding bid specifications
  • Assesses and identifies proposal resources required
  • Prepares for and coordinates Kick Off Meeting
  • Prepares preliminary compliance matrix/outline, writing assignments, and proposal schedule
  • Leads Kick Off meeting detailing opportunity, proposal process, roles and responsibilities, project     schedule
  • Leads discussions to ensure proposal response addresses customer needs while differentiating Clean Earth’s service solution
  • Manages adherence to proposal schedule to ensure on-time delivery of compliant document
  • Manages and leads review cycles
  • Interfaces with functional groups and executives as required
  • Writes executive summary as required
  • Performs final review to ensure compliance, incorporation of win themes, consistency, and overall proposal flow
  • Oversees final production of document including all hard copies, electronic copies and on-line submittals
  • Ensures proposal is delivered
  • Works with proposal team to produce follow-up responses and presentations as needed
  • Develops and maintaining proposal boilerplate on sharepoint drive
  • Prepares prequalification and vendor setup documents as requested

Salary: $71,000 - $79,000

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years bid and proposal experience or relevant hazardous waste industry experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Well-developed ability to handle multiple tasks and able to meet pre-established deadlines.
  • Working knowledge computer applications and proposal process
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-developed customer focus
  • Well-developed ability to interact with all levels of organization
  • Well-developed organization skills
  • Well-developed ability to convert customer needs to solution and service products
  • Ability to protect confidential information
  • Ability to perform arithmetic calculations
  • Well-developed sense of urgency
  • Intermediate to advanced skill with software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
