Job Description

Position Title: SuccessFactors– Functional/Solution Architect

Location: Wilton CT or Tampa FL

Duration: fulltime 

Job Description This position will be responsible for successful solutioning and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors technology/processes as part of S4 implementation

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements

• Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics. 

• This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors BizX applications

• configure SuccessFactors modules

• Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.

• Assist clients in comparison of SAP HCM application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client’s needs

• Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap. 

• Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.


DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS

• Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Workforce Planning and Analytics.

• Bachelor's Degree 

• At least 5 years’ experience in HR business process design and development 

• Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Previous SAP HCM Payroll implementation experience

• Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors



WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations in one or more of the following SuccessFactors modules:

• Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships

• Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers
