API Testing, LISA Automation 

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have 

1. Should have Experience in API Testing [Specialized in testing and validating XML, XSD, XPath Syntax, Web Services, MQ, Topics, REST, HTTP, SOAP Messaging, etc. is required. SOA testing, interface testing experience ] 

2. yrs solid hands-on experience in designing and writing automated test scripts using ITKO Lisa, SOAPUI or similar web services test tools 

3. Should have good knowledge in any programming languages (Java experience is a plus) 

4. Proficient in SQL and database concepts. SQL experience is a must 

5. Understand regression testing techniques 

Good-to-Have 

6. Knowledge in Retail domain 

7. Prior experience in virtual service review process is preferable.

SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role 

1 Gather API Testing requirements, estimate, review LISA automation scripts 

2 Define key metrics 

3 Verify that functionality meets business expectations 

4 Define and documents best practices, standards, checklists, guidelines etc   

5 Update & Improve LISA API Automation framework
