The Group Corporate Strategy team sits at the centre of Entain, supporting the development of the Group's long-term strategy and driving key enterprise-wide initiatives. The team partners closely with senior leadership across business units and functions to shape strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities (including M&A, partnerships, and new ventures), and deliver high-impact strategic projects that inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering the Group's strategic agenda by owning discrete workstreams within complex strategic projects. You will translate ambiguous problems into structured analysis, generate actionable insights, and contribute to shaping strategic recommendations, while actively engaging stakeholders across the business.

- Own analytical workstreams end-to-end, structuring problems and delivering actionable insights
- Conduct and synthesise complex analysis across markets, customers, competitors, and financials
- Develop robust business cases related to M&A, partnerships, and growth initiatives
- Produce high-quality materials with clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders to challenge assumptions, refine analysis, and align on recommendations
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience (2-3yrs) in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Proven experience conducting and synthesising complex analysis into actionable insights
- Experience developing business cases, market assessments, and strategic evaluations (e.g. M&A, partnerships, growth initiatives)
- Strong communication skills, with experience producing compelling, executive-level materials
- Ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred but not mandatory
