Job Description

Some of your main responsibilities in this role include;

  • Provide our retail customer base with a service which exceeds expectation
  • Actively listen, communicate and understand our customer needs by building effective and sustainable relationships
  • Effectively navigate the systems to quickly and efficiently answer customer enquiries
  • Always review and break down all Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
  • Take ownership of personal development to work toward improvement
  • Ensure customer records are accurate and reflect current status and remain confidential when handling customer contacts.
  • Adopt and follow rules and conditions relating to compliance relevant to our business. E.G Self-exclusion/Reinstatements and Breach

Additional Information

We operate on a shift basis to cover the shop opening hours:

  • Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 21:30pm
  • Sunday 9:30am to 21:30pm. We will require all applicants to cover these shifts.
