Job Description

As our Director of Product, you will bring the strategy of our product portfolio to deliver Core Platform & CRM products and services whilst achieving our team goals. You would develop a world class team of product leaders across our locations and be responsible for your platform pillar experience in the Entain group for all our markets and all our brands.

In your role you are part of the Senior Product Leadership Team and will also work with Entain's Global Leadership, reporting to the CTO you will be part of the Platform Team.

What will you do:

  • You will develop a compelling and inspiring Core Platform and CRM product vision that delights our upstream services and customers. You will be on top of data and insights about your products, always trying to find possible improvements to help us achieve Entain's broader goals.
  • You will advocate for our transformation of the Platform by partnering with the Platform Engineering Director to modernise the Core Platform and CRM (reward) components which underpin all our businesses.
  • You will design a model for the core Player Account Management (PAM) services as a Platform-as-a-Service, allowing flexible integration and loose coupling.
  • You will use a techno-functional approach to design backend systems that support multiple micro frontend labels.
  • You will lead a stellar team of product managers, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product plans. By providing development, goals and goal setting and performance management, you will ensure the team is motivated and productive, achieving customer and growth.
  • You will align your product organisation with the broader company in pursuing the best opportunities, collaborating with different team leaders including design, technology, compliance, commercial, finance and legal.
  • You will partner with technology and design teams to deliver a world class product offering, ensure quality, product delivery. You will create product metrics that demonstrate your product impact for our customers and our business. Aligning product direction and roadmap, you will make trade-offs with important partners across the business to deliver high-quality products at a predictable rhythm.
  • You will be product promoter both internally and externally. Present product updates and benefits to team members, customers and partners.

Qualifications

 

  • Product leadership experience managing at a director level in a Product-Led organisation.
  • Experience launching and iteratively scaling online products.
  • Experience with the ecommerce landscape, including knowledge of regulations and compliance considerations when building great customer experiences.
  • Experience leading and developing empowered product teams.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, able to collaborate with diverse teams and team members.
  • Mindset with a focus on achieving our goals while maintaining a player-centric approach.
  • Evidence of influencing at senior levels of an organisation, the ability to get partners and teams to agreement into your product vision
  • Leadership responsibilities:
  • Set the direction for the team, which aligns to our overall business strategy.
  • Provide and inspiring guidance to the teams, ensuring that they are working to achieve our goals.
  • Recruit and develop top talent, coaching people to grow, creating development opportunities as they arise.
  • Build a high-performance team culture where outstanding performance is recognised .
