Job Description
Purpose of role:
We want to be a world-class Product organization that has the capabilities to give our customers the best experiences and provide our Commercial teams with the platform to win in every market and super-charge our growth.
We are looking for exceptional Product Managers to play a key role in building our global products and own end-to-end delivery.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading your squad to execute the product strategies and plans, aligned to our OKRs. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize work, problem solve and ultimately provide our players with outstanding experiences.
You bring a deep understanding of user’s needs, adept at identifying opportunities, refining your roadmap and collaborating across design, engineering and data.
The CRM sub-domain sits within our Player Experience pillar, where we focus on building compelling experiences that will encourage our customers to stay with us, play with us and spend with us - in a responsible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary lead for the product, partner with engineering and design to deliver a world class product, ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
Collaborate with business/commercial stakeholders to shape future roadmap and see through execution from concept to delivery.
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog using agile methodologies
Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness, constantly evaluating insight, taking an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
Ensures accurate and formal product documentation, including clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with engineering and design
Drives product metrics that demonstrate impact for our customers and our business.
Collaborates closely with leaders from various departments, including marketing, compliance, commercial and legal, to ensure requirements are considered, challenged and evaluated.
Qualifications
Have 4+ years of Product Management experience or in a closely related role, with hands-on experience of CRM landscape or customer engagement products.
A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market
Experience leading squads in a fast-paced consumer facing environment
Skilled in translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies
Adept at user-story writing, translating data and insights, to build great products
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
Domain expertise
Prior experience in Sportsbook and Casino domains is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of regulated gaming environments.
Proven experience working with Sportsbook and Casino rewards concepts such as bonuses, free bets, odds boosts, free spins, bet insurance and any other applicable reward mechanics.
Hands-on experience with campaign management tools (e.g., customer journeys, triggers, targeting, A/B testing, and offer orchestration).
Comfortable designing and optimizing reward propositions to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.
